I was Unprofessional?? You booked your appointment for 1pm for june 26th. You also said you texted and called. I don’t have any text messages from you but I do have 4 missed calls from you, the first call being at 1:29pm, basically 30 minutes after your appointment has started. There was no communication from your end. You can double Check the time you booked and check the health and safety rules you also get a 15 min grace period.

Really gang? Its been multiple times youve pulled up late. You even got a time ina message you apologized because you forgot about an appointment. If your an upstanding client how you be late at times too?? I get clients in and out as soon as i can.

Hey where were the reviews from when I did cut your son hair because it’s been over 6 times I cut and never a review. I missed an appointment now its a review . I explained and apologized for the situation even before you made the review. $8 was not taken from you, I checked its not in my booksy or my main accounts. My apologies once again.
