I booked with this young lady one other time which was back in February and I got two strand twists. This time I got knotless boho braids and my husba...nd got Kamikaze twist/invisible locs. She was very nice, but just has a lot to learn. She didn’t let me know I needed to buy hair and what kind to get until the day before my appointment, she had trouble blow drying my hair properly, her pricing was inconsistent with what’s on her booking site. I ended up paying $40 more than what was listed when I booked, but nonetheless I still tipped her. We paid for both styles with no problems or contests. I texted her feedback because every stylists or service provider usually would like to hear back from their clients and obviously she can’t get better and grow/retain her clientele if everyone just lets her do whatever to their head without saying anything. The crazy thing is I didn’t even send her pictures or mention the lumps of gel in my braids as well which I could have easily. I’ve been scratching gel off my scalp since Thursday, it’s Sunday now but I didn’t make a big deal about it. Screenshots on how it unraveled lol these new stylists and young girls just have so much to learn. Very confused on why she would handle feedback especially very reasonable feedback like this.
