I’ve been going to barking beauties for 2 years now and they’ve always taken such good care of my Bruno. Barking beauties is so welcoming, this is som...ething that has been hard to find when trying to get my German Shepherd groomed before at other places, but they make it feel right at home! The employees have made me aware if they found anything on him and have even given a complimentary treatment to help! You can tell they really care about what they do. I hope I can only ever get him groomed here! Show more

The first time I had an outstanding experience, but unfortunately, the second time was very frustrating. I found myself waiting for hours to get my ba...by, and the job was left incomplete. If there were any concerns about my pup being nervous, I should have received a call. Furthermore, if the team was overbooked, clear communication in advance would have been appreciated rather than leaving my pup in a compartment for so long. Show more
