Regular cut

booked an appointment showed up the barber wasn't working, so was told to wait 45mins which isn't a big deal mistakes happen. The problem is the owner... then tells me it's going to be another 14 dollars on top of the wait, so now not only am I having to wait another 45min atleast but also have to pay more for their mistakes. Not a good look taking my business elsewhere. The solutions that I wouldn't accept was wait 45min and pay more or come back another day. You would think as a business owner you would atleast honor the booked price since the customer was understanding and willing to the extra time. the hr wait wasn't offered and the other barber fee was only dealing with the owner. As for being disrespectful if calling out bad business as bad business disrespectful then yea I guess I was disrespectful. Everything I said to the owner is in this post I'll let anyone reading this to make their own judgment. oh and as a side note if you miss your appointment you get charged full amount so only customers are held to appointment standards. no lies told simply saying your own site says if you cancel your appointment you will be charged for said appointment. and same cost appointment wasn't offered was told to either pay extra for you to do the cut or come back another day Show more

Matt we appreciate your feedback! But at this point you’re completely lying! We took accountability for the hiccup with scheduling immediately! We tried to make the situation right by getting you with another barber within 45 minutes-1hour. The barber with the soonest appointment charged a bit more and the barber with the later would have been the same price. You chose to decline the solutions offered and I completely understand your frustration which is why we tried our best to accommodate you. But to come on here and tell a complete lie that you were charged for a missed appointment is out of line! I personally made it clear to you several times that you would not be charged. The negative feedback is fine, we use that to make our busineess stronger and better for our customers. But for you to be dishonest, just to make a simple scheduling mistake we took full responsibility for, to seem like-more than that is inappropriate!
