Face-frame hilight Extension consultation

Don’t make an appt without sending pics first and getting confirmation that she is able to do the work. I drove an hour and waited 40 mins once I got ...there to be told she couldn’t work on my hair. My hair was dyed too dark and all I wanted was framing highlights. Ultimately I left with one bleached strand of hair that she tested. She could have bleached and then dyed it the color I requested but either didn’t have time after starting late or didn’t know how. Ultimately it is my fault I didn’t do more research before booking. This is not a difficult ask, with someone who has experience. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Show more

I always feel so comfortable around Love because she has such a sweet and welcoming vibe to her. She always walks me through the process of what she i...s going to do which is very reassuring. I wanted the viral milk tea brown hair which she perfected for me! At the end she also gave me a lot of maintenance advice and answered all of my questions in detail. Thank you! Show more
