I think there was a miscommunication. I got my hair washed and received a blow out just like the policy stated. I was unaware that my hair wouldn’t be... flat ironed at the appointment. My understanding is that a “blow out” is a blow dry. When I arrived to my appointment, she didn’t straighten my hair. She just put my blow dried hair into the pony tail. I don’t think this style was $105 worthy due to the fact that Roselyn just put my hair into a pony tail with blow dried hair after I had to wash and blow dry my own hair. I was under the impression that she would flat iron my hair & put into pony tail. I just think there needs to be better clarification on the site. Overall, she was quick and nice. Show more

I’m able to achieve the styles I provide without flatironing the hair, that’s why my prices are what they are, because I take the extra step even if it takes longer to ensure you get the style you want and continue to have healthy hair through and through.
