I’m 9 months pregnant and chose this place hoping to get a relaxing, spa-like experience the day before my baby shower… but I was sooo wrong. The onl...y good part was the comfy recliner chair—that’s it. That’s the only reason they’re even getting 2 stars. Everything else? Disappointing. For starters, they seriously need to list all add-ons and prices online and in-store. Transparency matters. I got hit with almost $200 for short nails and no-chip short toes, and I’m still trying to figure out how. A no-chip pedicure with an extension should NOT cost nearly $80 without any designs or art. That’s wild. For that price, I expected to feel pampered—not scammed. And communication was a whole struggle. I understand not everyone speaks perfect English—that’s totally fine. But getting visibly frustrated with a client who’s just trying to be understood? Nah. If you’re not going to clearly explain things, the least you can do is be patient. I left feeling more stressed than when I walked in. Definitely not the experience I hoped for before such a special weekend. I won’t be back. Show more

We never charge extra for services that were not performed. Today, you were originally booked for a Russian manicure, which is priced at $75. Upon arrival, you requested nail extensions instead, and we informed you of the updated price at that time. Additionally, you chose to have nail art, which carries an extra charge depending on the design. This price was also communicated to you beforehand. If you believe any additional charges were applied incorrectly, we’d be happy to provide you with a detailed receipt showing exactly what you were charged for. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a pleasant evening.

As a single mom, the convenience of getting all my services done at once was a dream. However my results were lacking and I am so disappointed that it... didn’t work out. My skin around my eyebrows is burned from the wax being too hot, which I mentioned twice to the girl doing them before asking her to stop. While I love the no water pedicure and my polish looks great and the technician was very nice, it was not done thoroughly as I have dry peeling skin all over my feet just a few days after. Worst of all, I have been getting lash extensions other places for years on and off and never have I had a reaction until now. My eye was sore and red, I’m not sure what glue was used but I had to get them all removed and it has left me with barely any lashes left and I am distraught by it! Show more

I normally don’t leave reviews but the nails were done very carelessly and the woman doing my nails didn’t care about the work she was doing. They lef...t on a lot of the surrounding gel polish and the nails are very thick and not well done. Will probably get them redone somewhere else. Show more
