She changed my appointment from 11 to 11:30, 15 min before appointment. I had text her 3 hours prior just to confirm, never got a reply. I showed up, ...just to be told she was 30 min behind. I didn’t even get acknowledged until 5 min after entering the shop. I left!!!! She than texts me at 12 that she was over booked and that if I wanted to I could go back…. Never again!!!! Show more
