COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TRIED TO CANCEL 4 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. GROSS AT-HOME SALON. INACCURATE INSTRUCTIO...NS ON WEBSITE. I had to call and practically beg her to keep the appointment and do my hair, I paid the deposit via Zelle before hand and never received a response from her about confirming the appointment. Then she claimed that I sent the deposit to the wrong number, even though it was the one stated on her Booksy page. And after she’s done with my hair, I sent her payment via Zelle and tipped her an additional $40 cash. She calls me 15 minutes after I leave demanding payment! And claiming that I didn’t pay her. So then I screenshot and send her proof that I paid her. And then she blocked my number and will not respond. Terrible service. I will never go to this hairdresser again. She also did not have any clean combs. Did not have a hand mirror and didn’t have anything sanitary or clean before she tried to use it on my head.. Also a dirty home I don’t want my hair being done where there are dirty litter boxes and and dirt all over the floor. She didn’t even have anything to clean her styling tools. Show more

(1)I confirmed your appointment after you text & dm on instagram after you sent the deposit to the wrong # after I explained to you why you had the wrong # and my policy for my van nuys location. (2)I tried to cancel your appointment due to me being sick for the last 2 days & having a fever of 102 which I told you 2 days ago I wasn’t feeling well & I also offered to refer you to my friends who are stylist that could have did your hair instead of me (3)You arrrived to your appointment with negative vibes, you walked in my home assuming that I was going to use a comb on you that I just found right before you arrived. I disinfected a new comb so that you can feel comfortable. (4) My house was as clean as it was going to get being that I attempted to cancel because I had been sick for 2 days, I did your hair sick & all out of the kindness of my heart. You were being rude even before you arrived. (5) Drinking liquor in the morning and tweaking in my chair because you can hear a baby outside crying is a little extreme. Your attitude was disgusting before you even arrived to your appointment, I didn’t receive my payment until hour later after you left your appointment. I didn’t call you demanding anything I asked you to confirm what # you sent your payment to and proceeded to get an attitude. You were very UNPROFESSIONAL client ! I donot tolerate negative vibes which is why I blocked you! No hair stylist in LA will want to deal with OBNOXIOUS DRUNK RUDE client like yourself.
