Thank you for your time. I wanted to work things out despite whether it was my fault or your fault on the hairstyle outcome not working out. There was... no need to block a client who is being respectful to you. You offered to redo my hair and I agreed but then after you received my payment .. you went off on me saying unkind things & blocked me. That was very unprofessional and uncalled for. There’s no reason to be so disrespectful. Once again, I did my part by paying the same day. My Zelle works perfect. Payment screenshot attached since you felt I was providing false information. Despite me not like the hairstyle, I made sure to pay you regardless plus a tip. The fact that you are throwing this aggressive tantrum while talking about my age is very UNPROFESSIONAL without a doubt. “Confused energy” regarding hairstyle doesn’t give you any right to disrespect any hair client. You stated you didn’t receive it and that it didn’t work with the BET Awards so I cash app you. Again… you’re very aggressive and that’s not healthy at all toward any client. Of course I changed my review because you are being very disrespectful. You did not handle the situation maturely at all. I get you’re offended by me not speaking up more or not liking the hair style but it’s no reason to be so aggressive. It’s ghetto behavior. Please work on your customer service attitude when a client isn’t satisfied with the hairstyle. I had no problem chatting like adults via text but you decided to block me. now you want to edit your 5 star review and leave a 1 star review because you can't handle my honesty about your character. You changed your style several times, very indecisive, then you acted like you liked your hair & kept complimenting the color and the type of braiding hair I used instead of saying what you didn't like about it you should have stood in your truth & told me what you didn't like I told you several times if you wanted ombré I’ll get the ombré it didn’t matter. I gave you exactly what you agreed to, & to think I’m suppose to give a discount after not receiving my payment the day of after consulting for a whole week on the phone, washing your braiding hair per your request, braiding your hair for 5+ hours, is very inconsiderate, My friend that I referred you to & my assistant told me you’ll do this & to cancel your appointment but I had faith in you & you wonder why other stylists get a attitude and frustrated or angry with you it’s because of this, your very difficult and I’ve been very patient and understanding with you through this whole booking process with you, which is why I would rather refuse any further service cause I can’t deal with this type confusing energy. I hope you find a stylist in the future that can cater to your needs & I hope you learn from this experience. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TRIED TO CANCEL 4 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. GROSS AT-HOME SALON. INACCURATE INSTRUCTIO...NS ON WEBSITE. I had to call and practically beg her to keep the appointment and do my hair, I paid the deposit via Zelle before hand and never received a response from her about confirming the appointment. Then she claimed that I sent the deposit to the wrong number, even though it was the one stated on her Booksy page. And after she’s done with my hair, I sent her payment via Zelle and tipped her an additional $40 cash. She calls me 15 minutes after I leave demanding payment! And claiming that I didn’t pay her. So then I screenshot and send her proof that I paid her. And then she blocked my number and will not respond. Terrible service. I will never go to this hairdresser again. She also did not have any clean combs. Did not have a hand mirror and didn’t have anything sanitary or clean before she tried to use it on my head.. Also a dirty home I don’t want my hair being done where there are dirty litter boxes and and dirt all over the floor. She didn’t even have anything to clean her styling tools. Show more

(1)I confirmed your appointment after you text & dm on instagram after you sent the deposit to the wrong # after I explained to you why you had the wrong # and my policy for my van nuys location. (2)I tried to cancel your appointment due to me being sick for the last 2 days & having a fever of 102 which I told you 2 days ago I wasn’t feeling well & I also offered to refer you to my friends who are stylist that could have did your hair instead of me (3)You arrrived to your appointment with negative vibes, you walked in my home assuming that I was going to use a comb on you that I just found right before you arrived. I disinfected a new comb so that you can feel comfortable. (4) My house was as clean as it was going to get being that I attempted to cancel because I had been sick for 2 days, I did your hair sick & all out of the kindness of my heart. You were being rude even before you arrived. (5) Drinking liquor in the morning and tweaking in my chair because you can hear a baby outside crying is a little extreme. Your attitude was disgusting before you even arrived to your appointment, I didn’t receive my payment until hour later after you left your appointment. I didn’t call you demanding anything I asked you to confirm what # you sent your payment to and proceeded to get an attitude. You were very UNPROFESSIONAL client ! I donot tolerate negative vibes which is why I blocked you! No hair stylist in LA will want to deal with OBNOXIOUS DRUNK RUDE client like yourself.
