PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! PRICE INCREASE! Effective October 28th, 2024 POLICIES: 1. To secure your appointment, 50% of the service fee is REQUIRED for ALL appointments. This will count towards your total. Deposit is ONLY refundable if you cancel no later than 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. If you cancel the "DAY OF", deposits will not be refunded. If artist cancels, refund will be refunded. Payments can be made through Cashapp ($jmichelle12), Apple Pay or through Booksy. 2. Appointments require a deposit to secure the booking; no deposit means no appointment. 3. For group bookings, each individual must have a reserved appointment time. Please note that wedding parties are arranged outside of the online booking platform. 4. If you have initiated contact via direct message or MY personal number regarding an appointment, please confirm with me directly before considering it booked(no reply from me, no appt), especially if off-site services are needed. 5. CANCELLATIONS: If needed, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment start time. *ALL no call, no show appointments will be charged the full amount. 7. If you are 10 minutes late, there will be a extra $5 charge to your total. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged for the remaining balance. 8. EXACT cash is preferred. HOWEVER, Cash App, Venmo, and Apple Pay are also accepted. 9. If you need an early morning appointment before 8am, please book "Early Morning Special". 10. ALL WEDDING CONSULTATIONS MUST BE BOOKED UNDER “WEDDING CONSULTATION”. During this consultation, a wedding contract will have to be signed and will be reviewed by artist and client before leaving. Wedding party rates will be discussed during appointment and wedding packet will be distributed.
