Honestly, what i am about say it's not personal but my experience. I scheduled a appointment with Kierra maybe three weeks ago. In the picture is the ...last time i gotten braids from a different stylist who was over book at the time. I reach out to Kierra to see if she can do my hair. I used the number that is shown in the booksy app. She never responded back to me which is first RED FLAG. My appointment is at 11am CST 01/27/2024. I walk in and the first thing Kierra said to me was Baby i am tired customers coming into the shop with short hair asking for braids. Who talked like that to a first time client. I normally always leave a positive review bec i like helping my people to continue to make money. Worst experiences ever. There more but i will leave it as that. If you want a professional stylist then this is not the place. Trust me, it's a typical hood shop. I was fool about all the positives reviews. Every black person doesn't carry themselves loud and unprofessional. If we treat each other with class and respect the world be so much better. My two cents. Show more
