Kim was absolutely amazing! I came in feeling so tense, and she took her time with every area that needed attention. My right hip has been bothering m...e for years, and somehow she fixed it without causing any pain. I can’t even describe how grateful I am, it feels incredible! I honestly feel like a new person. My shoulders were extremely stiff, to the point where I couldn’t even sit all the way back in my car, but she spent so much time working on them and now my flexibility is amazing. I got the one-hour hot stone massage, and it was pure heaven. If I could, I’d see her every single week. She truly has the touch, and I’m beyond thankful for how great I feel today!!! Massage didn't take place, this is a review of the scheduling/ follow through from the massage therapist. Kimberly didn't close her books for New Year...s day, so I was able to book an appointment. I even added a note saying, I know this is New Years Day, please let me know if this is still a good date or not. I received Multiple Confirmation emails for my appointment and an appointment reminder the day before. I scheduled a baby sitter so I could enjoy my annual massage. Arrived at the building only to find I couldn't access the space. Called Alabaster BTM and left a message that I was waiting for my appointment. Kimberly called back and advised she should have closed her books for that day/ she was not available. This was extremely frustrating since I even included a message with my booking asking if the time/date was still good, being a holiday for some businesses. I received multiple confirmation emails and she never reached out separately to advise the appointment was no longer available. I also scheduled/ paid for a babysitter so I could be available for this date/ time. She definitely lost my trust/ made for a not relaxing day. Show more
