Showed up to the shop at 9 AM for a walk in because google says they open doors at 9. Shop was closed door was locked. I decided to look on the websit...e for booking information and it took me to Booksy. There was only one option for a barber at this shop on Booksy and it was AK Cuts. I went ahead and scheduled the very first appointment available on his roster for 9:45AM . I sat in my car and waited patiently for him to arrive. Guy finally shows up some time after 10AM and immediately takes another client despite me being booked for the first appointment he had available that day . Mind you it was already at least 20 minutes past my confirmed (by him) appointment time when he showed up and I had been there since 9 AM waiting in my vehicle. He then proceeded to tell me I can wait until 11AM for another barber to show up and that he texted me. (That is all the context I got) I never received any sort of message from this guy. Great way to lose business and be unprofessional 👎 not it . Show more
