Hi Emily! I am deeply sorry that you did not enjoy your experience yesterday & I appreciate you waiting on my response. I want to first apologize for your shirt-I also did not notice that it was damaged. I wish you would have reached out to me to let me know because I would have gladly compensated you for it. I also apologize that you weren’t satisfiied with the lightness of your hair. The photos you showed me and what I gave you is very similar. However, I understand if expectations changed once you seen yourself with it. I always let new clients know you definitely have the freedom to message me after your first wash so we can retone free of charge. I apologize if that was not made clear enough. Lastly, I will apologize for the client I worked on during our appointment. She was not a walk-in; she was a client that was confused on her appointment date and showed up on the wrong date. I was trying to accommodate since I understand my booking app isn’t easy for my older clients to understand. I apologize that your appointment time was disrupted by me double booking.
