She had me waiting outside for 10 minutes when our appointment was at 9:00 am, when she finally opened her door I don’t even think she even remembered... we had an appointment at this point the way she presented her self, when I got there she was like “ oh did you bring the hair” I was like “ what hair?? You didn’t say hair wasn’t provided for the hairstyle” at this point I just got up and left. I just wished she added this information on the app or at least texted me this information before our appointment. VERY NOT PROFESSIONAL will not book her again

Love my braids! My Braider did a great job, the attention to detail and ensuring I left with my desired look. My only feedback would be the chairs. I ...have back issues so the seats weren’t 100% comfortable. I would advise to bring a cushion.
