The shop is clean and sanitary. But, the hairstylist aren’t certified, they can’t be. I had them redo my knotless braids 3 times and they didn’t get i...t right. My parts looked like I did them myself & the knot was too noticeable. Don’t waste your time or money, go to Jackie’s. Show more

Michelle was very sweet and was able to provide a next day appointment. Unfortunately, she did not get to start on my hair until 4 hours after my appo...intment, which is entirely unacceptable and offered no apology. This salon is located in a not so safe area which made me uncomfortable. I would highly recommend to try to get early mornings or early afternoon appointments to make it out of the area before the sun goes down. Overall, Michelle did a great job with my hair. I won’t return due to the area and the lack of consideration of my time. Show more

As for the location M&K salon had a new location coming up with a nicer bigger salon in a couple of weeks in Mount Rainier area. thanks for the review we're looking forward in seeing you in the future. with better organisation.
This’s my second time at M&K salon. Got box braid this time and love it. They’re very nice. You ask and they deliver…it’s my new spot now.
