Sorry you feel that way, I gave you what you asked for. I faded your beard in when I didn’t have to. Beard is a separate service you have to book for. Was willing to do the service but you wanted to get out the chair. I fixed what you mentioned. Never mentioned anything about the lineup, once again have a good day.

I’ve recently moved to the W Loop neighborhood where Issac does business after several years overseas (Japan) and had been disappointed with some othe...r barbers I’d had in the city (Roger’s Park). But, now with two solid experiences with Issac, I think this is my new spot. I’m very pleased with the cut (especially the 2nd time) and the fellas at Green Line Barber Lounge offer a relaxed, chill atmosphere (80s rnb on the box: Frankie Beverly! Anita Baker!) that’s easy to vibe with. Issac offers a smooth cut: his clippers are always sharp and his polished skill shines through in that his fade also includes a scissor shape up. In the spirit of collaboration, he asks questions and confirms with the customer in order to ensure complete satisfaction. I’ll continue to roll with my guy Issac! Show more
