I went here for the first time Thursday they booked me with Mona my dreads where very damaged from me finding different people to do my hair. But I’m ...very pleased to say Mona did a great job on my hair you can’t even tell how much damage I had she is also very fast efficient and has a nice personality needless to say I found me a permanent loctician. I called impromptu the day before my vacation. I was able to get my hair washed and styled by Ms. Mona, She was very professional , held a great conve...rsation and, welcoming (which I might add is a hard feat to execute due to Covid-19). Mona was patient and worked with me to find out the perfect style to complement my vacation look. This salon is a favorite because they started my locs three years ago and they are excellent at what they do, the different methods, maintenance, and ...styling. Shout out Mona V. for my current loc maintenance and style. Also, don't let the name fool you because this shop does it all, locs, cuts, relaxers, trims, etc. They are clean and professional, and look out for their customers, safety and all. Show more

I Appreciate Mona For Doing A Great Job With My Locs. She has been retwisting my hair for a year now And It Is Always Neat. She Has Great Customer Ser...vice And Twisted Roots Has A Good Work Environment. I Feel Comfortable And relaxed each time I come and get my hair done. I will ALWAYS Go Back For Mona To Retwist My Locs. She Washed my hair real good and I almost fell to sleep in the chair. She Detox My Locs as well and made them clean. twisted roots is the best , Mona , was real nice and very detail about what my hair needed. I was going to different places to get my hair re twisted.... but no one can do the job like her. I was fresh every time i step out of twisted roots. The same people i see everyday before i went to work.Will never really talk to me or even look at me. BUT when i came through with my hair done. like 2 pac all eyes on me, i felt like a star, hands down MONA ,MONA,MONA, IS THE BEST! Show more
