Went in 10/2 for a haircut, manager Karina was my stylist. She noticed and verbalized that I have dry skin and scalp (i have a skin condition, rosacea..., not contagious, not hygiene related) she clearly began rushing through the rest of the haircut. Didn’t stop to ask how I liked it after that; only the back of my head when she asked rounded or squared. When it came to the clean and rinse, she very obviously sped through it way faster than I had ever experienced at a sports clips. Talking less than 30 seconds. Just felt like she zoomed through and wanted me out as quick as possible after noticing I had a skin condition. Won’t be back to this location. Show more

After 2 months of having my hair grow out I finally decided to get a cut. Usually my hair cuts were always the same…no style, just simple blowouts or ...fades. I met Karina and explained to her what I had in mind. She has a lot of pride and attention to detail. I love that she cares enough for her clients that she will recommend what’s best for you. She was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions for what’s best for your scalp, hair and showed some techniques on how to style it. To have someone actually listen to what I wanted in a cut was refreshing. I love my new hair cut and look forward to future cuts. I also met Haydee and Mimi, together they all form an awesome team. They all are professional and treat all their clients very well. Good job guys! Show more
