Group Class - Total Body Blast

I've done the Lower Body Blast, The Full Body, and the Booty Pump, as well as 1:1 customized training. I started in December last year, and my body is... back to looking like I did in my 30's and I'm 51 now! I highly recommend anyone to join. Lydia is so positive and energetic. She just makes you have fun and forget that you are doing serious work! I love her famous quote, "Show up for yourself!" How can you not?? Show more
