Unfortunately my second time coming in the shop was not the best experience. I first came in and Leydi helped me swap out a conch jewelry piece and sh...e did a great job. My second time coming in I was helped by Mars who was generally nice but I don't think they spent enough attention to detail on my piercings and the information I gave them at the beginning of my appointment, which I was asked directly at the door not even back in the studio area (which I found odd). They essentially over-gauged my orbital from an 18g to a 14g that I only had just started putting jewelry in again and caused A-LOT of trauma to my piercing that previously was doing fine. I couldn't even last 24 hrs with the CBR they put in my ear before I had to take it out because I couldn't sleep from the pain. I went and got a second opinion after I took it out a day later and they agreed on multiple spots I could've been fitted with better sized jewelry and technique. I do love this shop but I think more attention to detail and maybe even training on the series of questions to ask a client before putting in jewelry is imperative. Also, I did make it clear I was in pain and even asked if I could go to a 16g during the appointment but the damage had already been done and they said "well it looks like it was pierced with a 14g" so I just accepted my situation at the moment. Looking back I should've been more clear but when you're in pain I just was wanting it to be over. Show more

I would give my experience a 9.6! Pros: Such a warm and friendly environment, everyone was so sweet and answered all my questions! Leydi was also ab...le to fit my friend in which was great! The care info card is *elite*. Jewelry info, cleaning info, the date when you can switch out the jewelry- top tier, no notes. Cons: - Leydi didn't ask if I was okay with her apprentice, Dani, assisting. I would've been okay with it but not having the option to consent is a problem - I mentioned my pronouns to Brooklyn, who made a note, and was still misgendered by Leydi - I appreciate efficiency but taking the extra minute to introduce yourself+ check in with the client improves the relationship immensely and would've solved the issues mentioned - The pricing discrepancy between the website which says two nostril piercings for $100 and the actual price ($120) needs to be fixed. I fully believe people's labor is worth the price they value it at, and I'm very happy to pay that price, but the switch up isn't it. Overall, I would 100% come back! I'm recommending the shop to everyone, and I'm absolutely obsessed with my new piercings!! Show more
