⭐ Review ⭐ Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience. I booked a hair appointment with t...his stylist for Saturday morning. We communicated all day Friday, and I confirmed multiple times — from early morning until 7:39 PM — that I would be there. I drove 30 minutes from my home for the appointment. When I arrived, she informed me that she wasn’t even at the shop. She said that “people usually don’t show,” so she didn’t leave her house until she knew I was really coming. She also claimed we never confirmed, even though we clearly did. At 7:30 AM, the morning of the appointment, she asked to move the time to 8:30 because she wasn’t there yet. Then when I arrived, she told me it was up to me whether I still wanted to keep the appointment — which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and questioned her professionalism altogether. To me, this was very unprofessional. If you run a business, you should be prepared for your clients, especially when they’ve confirmed multiple times and traveled a long distance. Because of this, she ended up missing out on almost $200. I hope she takes this as constructive feedback because clients deserve reliability and professionalism. Show more
