so unprofessional! i received a message the night before my appointment at 10:30 pm!!! my appointment was scheduled for 10 am, and jorge made it seem ...like it was my fault that i couldn’t make any of his other open times which were 4 pm and 7:30 pm. don’t waste your time it’s cheap for a reason.
