It took over 3 hrs. The amount of lashes covered in this time is minimal and uneven compared one eye to another. She was a pleasant tech, but obviousl...y inexperienced, she needs more practice before working with a paying customer. Additionally, I wasn’t able to check my lashes until I got home because my glasses I walked in with miraculously got lost. I’ll need to talk to the owner to check cameras and look for where they could’ve fallen hidden, we couldn’t find them, it was a bizarre experience. Show more

I thought that Kima was very nice. She took me in a little early which was a plus. But that was short lived. I asked her for shorter classic lashes ...because I wear glasses and longer ones would not work. I also mentioned and showed her that I am missing a patch of my natural lashes. Usually the esthetician will do their best to fan the lashes and work around that. When she was done with the process, my lashes were super long. It looked too dramatic and the area of where I was missing lashes looked bigger than ever. That eye looked pretty jacked. Show more
