I am English speaking and did not know Mr. Lozana was mostly Spanish speaking when booking the appointment. I felt bad for the inconvenience for him a...s he tries to understand what I would like. He did an amazing job communicating with me expectations and what I would like and the result is amazing. It looks just like my natural hair. He did a great job and really cares that you like the result. I appreciate it very much! Definitely recommend. Show more
