Lay was very accommodating. She was able to take me the same day that I contacted her. She was quick with responding back and answering any questions... and concerns that I had. She informed me about how to care for my hair and what hair oil she preferred. She does really well with the crochet needle. Her parting was very neat. You can tell that she takes her work serious and aim to please her client. I plan to become a regular client of her. Show more
