I don't know why you put them to spend their money elsewhere, when I have never attended you, your appointment was 10 am and I arrived 10:05 because I was looking for parking, I sent you a text in advance which you did not answer, you arrived at about 10:20 am and I had to attend to another client, when you arrived I asked you if you could wait for me and it was only 10 minutes, about 5 to 7 minutes passed and you left. I understand your discomfort as a customer but I warned you. It doesn't seem fair to me that you leave this type of comment trying to confuse future customers. My loyal customers know the clean work I do, thank you
