This is our usual spot to come in for nails and we always leave super happy . Last visit was different though . I’m never one to bash anybody but we h...ad a different nail tech there . This visit took a bit longer than normal but that wasn’t the issue . We were charged for additional glitter powder but it wasn’t applied to all the toes. Only one side got the glitter . It was our first time with Sherry. We normally go to Lily and will stay going with Lily . Kathy was amazing as always !!!! Show more

I don't like leaving bad reviews however this is definitely warranted. I booked this appointment originally with Ashley but when I came in the owner ...stated she had some type of emergency and wasn't in and gave me the tech call Kathy which I never book with. I got my nails done on July 3 on the morning of July 4th my middle finger nail broke and of course they where not open so I had to use nail glue to fix until I was able to go in on Sunday as that was the next available time I could go in. I went in on Sundy had to wait 30 minutes to get in Kathy''s chair. When I first came in I showed the owner where it had broken and I had glue it back on. I also showed Kathy where I had glued it back on. Instead of taking off the broken nail and starting over she repaired it by covering over the glue on nail even after I told her to redo the whole thing. On July 10th the nail came off again so I went in tocget it repaired again. The owner stated that I had to wait I asked why and she said that Ashley was with a client and when she was done she'd redo it. I stated to the owner that anyone but Kathy the original nail tech would be okay. The owner and another nail tech were both open but they want me to wait on Ashley who had a client in her Chair and I don't know how long it would take not ok. That's not how you do business, I had been going to this shop off and on since it opened want be back though. I paid a $123.00 you would think I was a valuable client guess not.
