He didn’t show up to his appointment. I have screenshots the money was also sent back. Since I ran off with a deposit to an appointment that he didn’t show up to. You clearly have the address it shows when you booked the appointment.

HORRIBLE!!! I should have listened to the other reviews and went somewhere else. My appointment was at 8am and he texted me at 8:01 saying that he wou...ld be 30 minuets late. Mind you days before the appointment I texted and asked him would the early appointment be fine and he said it would be okay. He did not arrive until 8:40 something, he came in and was on the phone he did not introduce himself or even apologize for inconveniencing me. The whole time he’s doing hair he’s stopping having conversations with people and he did not once say anything about taking any money off for being late. I did not leave from my appointment until after 10:35. I will not be coming back to get services from him. Show more

It was Saturday afternoon and he was over booked but it was to be expected. The salon was clean and his assistant was very helpful. He did a great job... with my hair from start to finish. Definitely would recommend him for your hair care needs. He took really good care of me. I’ve found my Chicago Loctician I’m completely satisfied definitely a 10/10. Show more

Now don’t get me wrong, this man craft is great. His attention to detail and the clean crisp look when he’s done is great but the other aspect makes t...he experience less than great. My appointment was at 9am and I didn’t leave the shop until 1:30pm. The shop is great. Atmosphere was great. Gotta work on time management. Never even acknowledged him being late. Also, if you’re tender headed this is not the stylist for you. He tends to scrape your scalp with the clips. Show more
