I had Hannah as a piercer. I had both my lobes pierced. She was very knowledgeable when I asked her questions. She was very friendly and you could tel...l they knew what they were doing. The atmosphere and procedure was very hygienic. The price of the piercing and the jewelery was all discussed beforehand, so there were no surprise charges. I would definitely come back to get pierced again by Hannah specifically. Show more

Staff member that did my piercing was very nice, but piercing fell out after three days. I contacted shop to ask for a refund for at least the cost o...f service because I live 8 hours away and could not go back for a repiercing. I received a response and was told that they do not do refunds but would allow me to come in to have it pierced again. I explained once again that I do not live close by and received no response. I basically gave the shop a donation of $130.00 for the piercing and am walking away with nothing. Would not recommend. Show more
