I brought my daughter in for a nostril piercing. Monica was our piercer. She was great! Very personable but professional. She met my daughter’s patien...ce and comforted from start to finish. It was quick and my daughter didn’t complain of any pain or issues. I would definitely recommend and will be back for services in the near future. Show more

Caleb was awesome. Being a Sunday, it was a long line in the store. It was a bit odd that Caleb was the only person managing the front of the store an...d providing services. I think a receptionist would help increase the overall experience as well speed up times from him having to manage everything solo. The tattoo artists didn’t seem to help, could be a trust issue- I don’t know- but definitely need a receptionist for weekends. Also, it was very hot in the store- uncomfortable warm, I got nauseated standing for so long. Crank down that AC, add some desk support and you guys will be killing it there. Maybe even add a pager system like restaurants so people don’t have to wait in the store. Show more
