I cannot recommend Tay enough! She is beyond professional and so thorough she doesn’t miss a single hair, seriously. She makes the whole experience so... comfortable and welcoming. Plus, her suite is stunning, and she’s thought of every detail to make you feel at ease, from the snacks to the waters. 10/10 experience every time! I hope i don’t have a word limitation because Tay swept me off of my feet! This was my first time getting waxed and I’ve procrastinated so much becaus...e i was afraid it’d be painful. From the time i walked in until the time i left i was smiling and laughing. We chatted the entire time which distracted me from any pain that was present granted it wasn’t as painful as i prepared myself for. I anticipate screaming and holding on for my dear life, but instead Tay used words like “spicy” haha inside joke. Anyways i can go on and on about my experience, but if you’re considering it, I say go for it, you won’t regret it! 100/10! Great work and implacable customer service. Show more
