Despite a mix-up with my confirmation details the day prior (entirely my fault), Kya was incredibly apologetic—even though the error wasn’t hers—and went above and beyond to reschedule my appointment for the very next day. On the day of my appointment, I arrived late, but Kya remained patient and accommodating. She welcomed me with a warm attitude and ensured the service was never rushed. Her attention to detail and expertise during the manicure were remarkable. She made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable, and the results were excellent.
