On April 6th, 2025 the booksky app allowed me to make an appointment at elefade elegance barber parlor for 12:15 pm. The appointment was confirmed. Wh...en i arrived for my appointment the place of business was closed. Only reason this upset me at all is because Sunday is really the only day i have off. This app still sent me emails and notifications asking about My experience here even though I never got an experience. I don't know what the miscommunication is between what's advertised on this app and what's really going on with the businesses, but it's unfortunate. Overall this sucked for me. I don't care to place a blame on anyone. In particular this was something that was unfortunate. This app and most businesses have a cancellation fee and policy. Who knows if I'll be charged, but this has definitely made getting a haircut more of an inconvenience. Show more
