Awful experience, Braided by Bee never showed to the appointment after I travelled 2hrs to get there. Poor customer service and brand.

I booked an appointment on September 12 and paid my $25 deposit. My appointment was set for September 20 at 4 PM, but a few hours before, the stylist ...rescheduled for a later date. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, she canceled entirely and said she would send my refund the following day. As of now, I still have not received my deposit back. This experience was frustrating and felt unprofessional. I would not recommend booking, as reliability and communication were poor. Show more

She steals! I waited a hour for her to show up just for her to do a hairstyle that didn’t even last a day only 2 hours. My twist came all the way undo...ne parts were crooked and too big for the size of the twist. Tried to get it redone just for her to book someone else when I asked for my money back and she AGREED she decided she couldn’t afford that because no one wants to book her so now I’m out of money and a hairstyle because instead of being a decent human she wants to steal waist time and block people. I still have messages When I asked could you come you never responded until the next day -- hrs later at that & I already had another paying client ahead of you! I never blocked you either.. if ur gonna post screenshots post the whole thing and not half trying to make me look bad. I’ve tried helping you. Not what I expected. I was given the run around many times. I waited outside for 40 minutes before my appointment i honestly thought she was gonna no ...show me. She moved my appointment a day later than what I scheduled for. My parts are huge while my braids are small. I have to go back over them and do it again. I honestly feel like I shouldn’t have paid $160 for this. My hair comparing to the pictures and videos on her pages looks terrible. I feel like it was rushed to say that the booking sight said I would be done 3:45pm and ended up actually being done around 12pm. To say I booked my appointment almost a month ahead just for all this to happen and for her to be kinda unprepared is insane. I was offered a discount for “next time” when I feel like I should’ve been given it the first time(this time). For this to be my first time booking with her I won’t do it again. if I could get some what of my money back I would. Besides all of this she did kinda try her best to communicate and also provided a comfortable space. (Not all screenshots) Show more

I booked my monday appointment on friday. she texted me at 1:20 AM the night before my 7:15 AM appointment asking me to reschedule. this was a huge in...convenience to me because I would be starting college the next day. I let her know this in the message that i sent right after she texted me and she never responded after. I understand things happen but this was extremely frustrating & unprofessional to not even respond afterwards and asking to reschedule on such short notice. this was a huge inconvenience for me and I am now left scrambling after I already prepared my hair for braids. I booked this braider for my daughter, right before the first day of school. I reached out to her multiple times after the appt was confirmed and she ...never responded. When she responded, she said that she had an age limit. I told her my daughter’s age. She is a rising freshman in high school. Apparently this “back to school special” is only for juniors and seniors in high school 😩🫠. The braider ignored my attempts to contact her, then responds back at the time of the appointment that she doesn’t braid girls under the age of 16?!🤯. Back to the African braid shop I go!
