Visiting Chicago from Arizona and didn’t have time to book a haircut appointment before, so I quickly looked up one in the area of my hotel and found ...Dehrek’s portfolio appealing. Trusting a new barber in a new city is quite the risk, but I took it and do not regret the decision! Dehrek was extremely flexible (for being a last-minute appointment) and the haircut was beyond my expectations. Truthfully, better than my barber back at home. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and hands down the best haircut I’ve had in years. Worth the 2,000+ mile trip. Also, the view from the chair was 10/10 Show more

I decided to give this shop and barber a shot while my regular barber was on vacation. The experience started by having to sit outside and wait for 50... minutes as the barber was 50 minutes late for my appt scheduled in the middle of the afternoon. This caused me to have to move meetings around on my calendar as I originally had 1 hour blocked for the haircut but was not even seated until almost an hour after my scheduled time. Upon sitting down I attempted to explain what I want as a haircut by showing pictures and was told it is not necessary and he knew exactly what to do? I made a specific point saying please DO NOT cut the hair on the back of my head where the cowlick is as I’ve spent almost a year trying to grow it out so it’s long enough to lay down- come to find out after my hair cut- he cut it and it now sticks straight up again after I spent 8+ months with my regular barber letting it grow out. The fade I got was not even or done in a precision clean cut way at all compared to any other I’ve had over the years. I hate leaving a negative review for anyone in service but also find it helpful to others using this app when searching for honest feedback and experiences. Show more

Wow! I didn’t know he felt like this. I gave him the mirror and he said it looked nice he also booked an appointment 10 min before the time he booked. Idk how Booksy allow someone to book that fast. Honestly he didn’t give me a chance he waited last min to book

Great experience from beginning to end. Very progressional and prompt. Just moved to the city and he’s going to be my barber. I don’t plan to go anywh...ere else. He does an excellent job and the environment also is a a relaxed environment which helps with the experience. Will definitely be back next week. Show more
