My experience with Aprile has been nothing short of a disaster. I came in for an all over color process. The color I asked for was a vibrant ginger be...fore even making it to my appointment I asked her several times if she would be able to achieve that color on my natural black hair she said yes. I arrived at my appointment and asked again she again said she could do it. We started the process and as we got towards the end she asked if I liked my color. I told her no it was not the ginger color I asked for I then again asked if she would be able to achieve what I wanted and she said yes. This was a lie. Once my service was done she told me the sun would brighten my color and turn it more ginger so I took her word for it. Unfortunately my hair did not “brighten” in the sun and I had to go get my hair color corrected and fixed. After spending a little under $500 for the services Aprile provided I asked her for a partial refund instead if being understanding and respecting that I did not like my hair she argued with me and has ignored my request and messages for a refund. This woman is extremely unprofessional and not someone I would ever refer anyone to work with. 0/10 experience! Oh and she will accuse you of being a stalker for requesting YOUR money back. Please save yourself and do not come to this woman.

Stylist was friendly and had good intentions, but I ended up having to take my hair out and get it done again the next day. The hair she added did not... match mine at all, after I specifically asked her if it would when it got wet.
