I had an extremely disappointing experience at this barbershop. My appointment was scheduled for 12:20, but I wasn’t seated until 12:45. I showed the ...barber a clear, detailed photo of my desired haircut, but he ignored my instructions and cut my hair much shorter than I ever wear it. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to fix it, he insisted that’s how it looked in the picture—when it absolutely was not. When I voiced my concerns, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he told me to get out of his chair—even though I had already paid. This experience was unprofessional and frustrating, especially since my job requires me to be on camera. If a barber isn’t confident in executing a style, they should say so rather than ruining a client’s hair. I wouldn’t recommend. Show more
