During your first visit, our schedule ran slightly behind due to an unforeseen delay with a prior client. To make things right and respect your time, we proactively offered you a 50% discount on your service, which you accepted and expressed satisfaction with at the end of your appointment. On your second visit, you arrived 8 minutes after your scheduled start time. Despite the delay, we were glad to accommodate you without canceling or rescheduling. We completed the exact services requested—a mid fade haircut and eyebrow grooming. We take great pride in our craft and clear communication with our clients. Caro Osvaldo, você está 100% certo quanto ao valor do site. No corte sênior é cobrado $30. No caso do seu pai, durante o atendimento ele solicitou que fosse feito a barba e a sobrancelha. De acordo com o site o valor da barba é de $25 e o da sobrancelha é de $10. Por conta disso o valor cobrado foi referente aos serviços prestados.
