this was my 3rd or 4th time in Deneen chair, and I have to say i feel hustled. i go in for a silk press trim thats 75 plus 30 so I'm epecting to pay $...105. but then she tell me she did all these other services i didn't ask nor did she ask me if i wanted it. she has a steamer at her sink thats a slick way of saying i gave you a steam treament so pay. then i see handsaop castil soap used to wash my hair. other random produts no same hair line. i wish i see more integrity with black hair stylist. also be ask if i want certain services and explain extra charges. instead of roping me into paying more for services i didnt ask for and wasn't aware that she did unil the end, then she said i used two different conditioners so this what you owe me. so i payed $25 more than i expected. very disappointed in someone i trusted. also my hair was chopped in in different legnths as if i asked for a layer cut. so i definitly won't return. You are a ray of 🌞 my silk press is still standing💃🥳 Also, i was there on the same day as Nakeya and she left the shop ... all smiles saying how she loved how bouncy her hair was and how the CUT made a difference instead of holding on to her very dead damged hair ends. We both discussed how dry our hair had been from not coming to the shop (for almost a year) dry like farm hay!!! We laughed about it and was excited about Deneen getting us together.
