Waited an hour past my schedule appointment; barber even slide an additional customer in front of my scheduled appointment.

This client came earlier his appointment which I appreciate, his appointment was at 310. I was done with my client prior to him at 330. I do understand everyone's time matters however, my bio states “•*ALL appointment times are approximate. I do have older clients that do not use the app, sorry for the inconvenience.*”
