Sorry about your experienceut, however not only did you continue to not pay attention to your booking site, you always booked wrong and when trying to explain where you went wrong you always have the worst attitude. So yes I decided its in my best entrance to no longer service a person who feels entitled when there the one in the wrong. Hope you find someone that fits your needs unfortunately it wont be me have a blessed day beautiful.
