I had a really disappointing and frustrating experience at Renaissance Salon. I went in for a bleach and tone expecting professional results, but late...r discovered large, patchy, uneven bleach spots across the back of my head. I didn't notice at first but another salon pointed it out during a simple root touch-up. When I reached out to let them know, they brushed it off and claimed it was part of a "multi-session" process. That's simply not true. This wasn't a toning issue or a color correction plan. It was uneven bleach application, plain and simple. Another stylist had to strip and completely redo my color to fix the damage, which cost me even more money and stress. The fact that this salon refused to take accountability or offer a refund says everything about their quality and professionalism. If you value your hair (and your money), I'd strongly recommend going somewhere that actually stands behind their work.
