I'm nearly 64 yrs old an have had my hair color treated since I was 16 in Chicago, Miami, New York and Paris - this is the first time I have had it da...maged. I've tried 3 deep conditioning masks and can't effect it. I've tried communicating with the Salon manager who set me up for this treatment and she refuses to answer me. And the guy who did the treatment's comment? "Must have been the shampoo I used." No one has made one gesture toward taking responsibility or proposing a solution. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
