She did an amazing job on my eyebrows, so I definitely recommend her. However, my only complaint would be that it didn't seem to matter when your appo...intment was -- it was first come first serve. It worked out this time, but if I would have arrived 5 minutes later, I would have been waiting behind 3 other people even though my appointment was at 515pm. Show more

Came here as a walk in for eyebrow threading. Was fitted in right away with I appreciated (I a send a message on Yelp and was told I could come at my ...desired time). The salon is located in a building that has multiple beauty units. I had to buzz in by looking up the salon on the intercom and it was #52. They are located on the Mezzanine floor (1 floor up), room M01. The owner was extremely welcoming. I waited a bit for her to finish with a customer. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted and loved the result! She used the Natural Brown tint and left it on for 10 minutes. The pic is after that 10 minutes FYIs: 1. Walk ins are possible for threading (eyebrows, while face etc), but in general appointments are recommended and required for some services like waxing 2. $1 charge extra for credit card use so bring cash if you can 10/10 recommend ! Hey Rashila thank you for proving my point. You absolutely do take no accountability whatsoever and if anyone goes back to look at any of the other 1 ...star or 2 star reviews you will see exactly what I'm talking about. All those low rating reviews are 10000% TRUEEE!! When I said how things have turned unprofessional and unorganized I meant it in a way that you haven't provided the quality service the way your old employees did. Your old employees were GREATTT but the services you provided compared to them is complete opposite. And the part about you trying to say that I came in on a Saturday during closed hours is an ABSOLUTE LIE & total BS!! I literally told you word for word that I'm looking at the hours posted and it literally said y'all were still open. Despite me telling you that and that I can provide you with PROOF of the hours that I'm looking at, you still refused. I ALWAYS make sure to check the hours for ANY business before going like why the hell would I make a half an hour drive to a place if I wasn't sure whether or not it was open. I WOULDN'T! I'd save us both the time and inconvenience, but the fact that you're trying to GASLIGHT me instead of taking RESPONSIBILITY speaks volumes on your character and I'm glad that I'm making the right decision to take my business elsewhere and others would be SMART to do the same. Great place for eyebrow threading. I was in the Embarcadero area and just yelped to find an eyebrow place nearby. Found this one and the reviews were ...great so I decided to give it a try! I am glad I went here because it was the best experience I had in a long time threading my eyebrows. Since my eyebrows are thick, it usually hurts a lot while getting it done but the girl who owns this salon (forgot to ask her name) did such a great job. It did not hurt even a bit and she did a fabulous job shaping my eyebrows too. She was quick and efficient and her prices are quite reasonable. Will definitely go back. Show more
The yelp offer works, quite friendly lady. For waxing you don't get a gown which was kind of shocking for me.
A friend suggested I get my eyebrows threaded for a different shape! I made an appointment for Friday evening the day before via Yelp DM--such conven...ience! I got to the building and paged Sovan's, who opened the door. It's located in a building in FiDi with lots of beauty work so if you wanted to get your hair cut in the same building, you could! Walk straight forward and it's up the stairs on the mezzanine level. I was immediately welcomed and sat down in the comfy, cute chair and stared at the ceiling as the threads grabbed unwanted hairs, pulling them by the roots. It was quick, made a difference, and even when I didn't know exactly what I wanted, I got what I needed. Prices are reasonable, service is personable and wonderful, there's a rewards card to get stamped each time you go, and you will be in and out in under 15 minutes! I will be back in a few weeks to get my brows threaded again. Show more
