I arrived on time for my appointment only to be warmly greeted in a filthy nail salon. State board would be appalled, and fingers crossed the utensi...ls were sanitary. The music was blaring inside the small room as if we were in a club, and you had to almost yell to talk. Princesses demeanor is pleasant but quirky. I try to patronize brown owned businesses but this very review is why I usually don't. She moves at snail crawl speed, and had a really hard time multitasking. She accepted another last minute client for repairs, who took up about an hour and a half of my "appointment" time. Additionally, she kept stopping and made my nails look like mini bricks and did not fix the shape of the nails even after I mentioned it several times. I spent a total of 4 hrs in this place for something that should of taken 2 hrs. I paid by card card, and it would not go through because of some type of alert she had with PayPal, so I had to download an app and send it to her friend. Very unprofessional! Ladies, her designs are creative and eclectic, jazzy and cute; but it is not worth the time you can't get back. I wasted my valuable time and money. $125 for some ugly nails, mediocre toes, and an ok pedicure. The Asians have nails on lock for a reason, they value their time, and most importantly yours! Again, nice girl but I won't be back or making ANY referrals. Show more
