I wasn’t sure of the process to be serviced. Emailed and called arrived at location was unable to locate where I needed to go - inquired via email on ...how to confirm and pay deposit no response.

Sorry that things did not go as planned! The appt was canceled due to no deposit being placed & the appt wasn't confirmed. It is stated in the policy that those two things MUST be done to secure your appt slot! Also, no email was sent regarding confirming the appt and the deposit. I checked a few times before replying to the rating.
