Piss Poor Customer Service continues Decline available appointments on the schedule. If you don’t want to service clients block out the available time...s so people won’t schedule, also stop changing customers appointments people schedule appointments based on their availability when you as the barber change times that’s a problem… additionally if you don’t want to service certain clients tell them so they will Not continue to support your business……Poor customer service will never recommend Show more

To anyone reading this review. This person books appointments for other people. I have never serviced her actually. However her grandson and Son Love me! I’m sorry that I had to decline your last minute appointment request . I have that right to do so as a business because it’s my Business. Also waiting last minute is not recommended because I have over 100 5star reviews from clients that book in advance. So if my customer service is piss poor so are your priorities . It was a pleasure working with your family. May you all be blessed in finding another service provider.
