Hello Dwayne, I’m sorry to hear that you felt like the conversation between us was snippy and condescending. It could be because you don’t understand my accent are passionate for my job. I do apologize if you felt uneasy for how I responded to you showing up an hour early for your scheduled consultation. However, I was able to finish my current client early and still give you an opportunity to attend you appointment early. However, my responses are direct and straightforward in every consultant. I ask all new clients if they know about locs, have a picture idea, and understand the loc process. Which you did not have or had an understanding about locs. You may not be use to these type of questions, but nothing about me or this appointment had an attitude. These are logic questions that need to be ask. My LOC clients leave my chair happy and in love with their hair! If you decide to book your starter locs. I can guarantee you will feel and know the same feeling.
