Aaron we made every effort to host all of your events to the best of our ability.. I Called and spoke to you on the phone and told you that you booked a service that was only good for practices meaning 15 to 20 people inside the building using it for practice purposes only... Secondly any customer can go through the options that are listed on our site and see that the practice prices are considerably lower than the price we charge for paid events and we (consider paid) events as a event that is open to the public that the event host will be charging a admission fee… The reasoning for this is for practices we do not staff the building with employees because we do not charge a rate that is conducive of the gym creating a profit as well as us being able to hire and have employees available for those days... and that is why we also list it in the explanation of the purchase price.. when we have special or paid events we have to have more staff inside of the building as well as stock the building with more toiletries like hand soap, Trash bags etc. to deal with the larger amount of people that will be in or at the facility for a longer duration of time
